If you are having trouble accessing the Neowrk Help Center or if this is your first time using the Local Login, follow the steps below to set or reset your password.
How to reset your password
Access the Neowrk Help Center.
Click the Sign in button at the top right corner of the page.
In the login pop-up, click the link "Forgot my password" (located next to the Local Login fields).
Enter your corporate email address (the same one used for your Neo.Office Administrator account).
Click Submit.
What happens next?
You will receive an email from our system with a password reset link.
Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Once updated, return to the Help Center and log in using your email and the new password.
Common Issues
Didn't receive the email? Check your Spam or Junk folder. If your company uses strict email filters, ensure that emails from
@neowrk.zendesk.comandsupport@neowrk.comare whitelisted."User not found" error: This usually means your email hasn't been registered as an Administrator in our system yet. In this case, please contact your company's primary Neo.Office manager or our support team via email support@neowrk.com.
