I cannot scan the QR Code. What should I do?

For the Neo.Office app to function correctly, you must grant it permission to use your phone's camera.

When you first attempt to use the camera feature, an access request message will appear. If this does not happen, or if you previously denied access, you can resolve this in two ways:

1. App Settings: Go to your phone's system settings, locate the Neo.Office app, and manually enable Camera permissions.

2. Reinstall: Alternatively, you can reinstall the app and accept all permission prompts during the initial setup.

Important: You cannot scan the code using your phone's standard camera app. All QR Codes must be scanned within the Neo.Office app while using specific features, such as desk or room check-in.
