Users must scan the desk’s QR Code to check in for a reservation.
To scan the QR Code, follow these steps:
Open the Neo.Office app on your mobile device;
Sign in using your corporate account;
On the home screen, select your booking card and click Check-in;
Point your phone's camera at the QR Code to scan it.
If a message appears stating that the app needs access to your location (GPS) to perform the check-in, please select Allow.
Notes:
Check-in is only permitted for reservations active at the current time. It is not possible to check in before the scheduled start time of your desk reservation.
If the QR Code label is damaged, please request a replacement from your local Neo.Office Administrator.
