Corporate VPN: If you are using a company-managed device, check if a VPN is required or if it is blocking access to the app's external servers.
Corporate Wi-Fi Restrictions: Some office networks have strict firewalls. If you are on the company's Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data to see if the app loads.
Still having issues? If your internet is working normally in other apps but Neo.Office still shows this message, try closing the app completely and reopening it.
