This error occurs when the email domain the user is using to access the system has not been authorized for access.
In many cases, this happens because the user is attempting to log in using a personal email address.
Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Verify the Email: Check with the user to ensure they are using their corporate email address.
Check Office 365 Integration: If the user is logging in via Office 365 (SSO), they should go to https://www.office.com/ to verify which profile is currently active in their browser. (See image 02)
Note: If the corporate domain is correct and the error persists, please contact your System Administrator to ensure the domain is whitelisted in the Neo.Office configuration.
