Possible Causes and Solutions:
Active Reservation by Another User:
Someone else may have booked this workstation for the current period.
Solution: Check the floor plan in the app to find an available desk or verify if you are at the correct station.
Pending Check-out:
The previous user may not have performed the check-out yet.
Solution: If the desk is physically empty, contact your company's Neo.Office Administrator to manually release the station or wait for the automatic release period (if configured).
Incomplete Previous Session:
You might have an active session from a previous booking that wasn't closed.
Solution: Ensure you don't have another active check-in and try refreshing the app.
You are using "Quick Check-in" instead "Schedules > Check-in":
You are likely using the 'Quick Check-in' option. To check in for a desk you have already reserved, go to the 'Schedules' menu, select your booking and click on 'Check-in' of your reservation.
